Do you have your Thanksgiving menu all planned out? Or a signature dish you make every year? Then, this post is probably not for you 🙂 My fellow procrastinators, here are some ideas for what to serve your guests or bring to dinner on Thanksgiving this year.
Appetizers

Lightened Spinach Dip

Pumpkin Meatless Meatballs with Cranberry Sauce

Spinach and Artichoke Dip Pinwheels
Sides

Slow Cooker Cheesy Potatoes

Vegan “Cheesy” Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Fruity Baked Beans

Vegan “Cheesy” Potatoes
Sauces

Butternut Squash Gravy

Creamy Mushroom Gravy
Breads

Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Rolls (let’s ignore the questionable quality of these photos! Taste is on point)

Whole Wheat Sun Dried Tomato Bread

Whole Wheat Olive and Feta Rolls
Vegetarian Main Dishes

Jalapeno Cornbread Stuffed Peppers

Sausage and Mushroom Stuffed Zucchini

Meatless Meatloaf (let’s stick with the theme of ignoring terrible old photos!)
Desserts

Pumpkin Scones

Chocolate Chip Cookie Croutons floated in Hot Chocolate

Lightened Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Whole Wheat Apple Braid
And with that, I think I’m out for the rest of the week! I hope everyone in America enjoys their holiday week and everyone else finds an excuse to make some delicious food anyway 🙂

You read my mind, cause ASYOUKNOW all the sides I’ve posted on my blog have already done been et, which means I feel compelled to make all new sides for my Friendsgiving and Thanksgiving….and your list of tasty eats is making the wheels of my noggin turn. Your vegan cheesy broccoli casserole is killing me! Chocolate chip croutons?! Stop it. So fantastic!
Everything looks fantastic, but that pumpkin cake really caught my eye! YUM!
Awesome roundup, Kelly! Yay for butternut squash gravy 🙂
