Peanut Butter Maple Syrup

Ingredients
  • ½ c pure maple syrup
  • ⅓ c peanut butter, creamy
  • corn or rice starch, optional
Instructions
  1. Combine syrup and peanut butter over medium heat.
  2. Whisk while heating until combined and smooth – heat to almost boiling. Allow to cool until thickened
Notes
It's best to mix this up before pancake batter and the syrup will thicken while cooling. If you want a thicker syrup, add corn or rice starch while heating, bring to boil, and allow to cool.
