Unless your tempeh explicitly says it needs to be cooked, just follow the recipe as-is.

But, unseasoned chicken is about as appetizing as unseasoned tofu, so it always makes me mad when people say tofu is boring and has no taste! I love apple cider vinegar and am so intrigued by this tempeh salad!!

It just grosses me out. But tempeh, I do love. I feel like it tastes nothing like meat…which is why I like it!
