BUT I don’t mind the flavor, and I’m absolutely intrigued by this recipe. I wouldn’t be dealing with mushroom texture, and as someone who’s married to a guy who loves mushrooms, I bet he’d be thrilled about this!

Since becoming vegetarian a while back I can’t believe I have not ventured into the world of veggie gravies! This gravy looks perfect! Creamy, thick and rich with flava!! I love it! I also loved that you pureed the mushrooms as well to get an extra thick gravy. Will be bookmarking this recipe for Thanksgiving!
