These pancakes look so light and fluffy, and that strawberry sauce is a must! I’d probably use way too much of it. haha This looks like one delicious breakfast. 🙂

That looks awesome! I love ricotta pancakes, they’re just so fluffy and delicate. The strawberry sauce sounds so sweet and refreshing.
