Apparently on my 23rd birthday I also turned senile because I can’t remember my stories straight so I apologize if I’ve mentioned this before BUUUUT there’s a little cafe nearby called La Bou and they have THE BEST OMG THE BEST dill sauce that they hand out with their freshly baked baguettes. While my heart aches for the dill sauce, it’s super high in fat and not figure friendly. I have a strooong feeling that this dill dip would taste IDENTICAL to the highly coveted La Bou dill sauce but BETTER because it’s healthy. LOVE.

Amy, it won’t make it taste like something heavily Cajun seasoned. It just adds a roundness so it doesn’t taste like you’re eating a bowl of seasoned mayo.

I find the Cajun seasoning interesting in this version, but bet it’s really delicious!

Cheri, cajun seasoning is a spice blend. You can find it with the other seasonings and spices. I usually spent like $2 or $3 on a thing of it and I use it all the time, it’s really good on grilled or roasted veggies (in case you are afraid you wouldn’t use it again). If you don’t want to buy it, use a quick google search and there are plenty of recipes for it.
