You might as well try it 🙂 It’s a lot less work than traditional crusts, so it’s not too much time wasted if it’s not your thing.

You have to like cauliflower (which I do), but it is not an strong flavor. I used a greased pan, but next time will try parchment paper because I thought the edges of the pizza crust got a little too crispy.
