Pumpkin Spice Nog

Ingredients
  • 2 - 5.3 oz containers of siggi's Pumpkin & Spice yogurt
  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk or your preferred milk
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
  • Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste (I used about ¼ - ⅓ of a nutmeg seed)
Instructions
  1. Blend all of the ingredients together.
  2. Let rest for about 5 - 15 minutes and then taste, adjusting the sweetener and nutmeg to taste. The nog will thicken as it sits and the flavors will adjust -- if you taste right after blending, it will taste overly sweet but the flavor will mellow. If it gets too thick, blend in additional milk.
Notes
Nutritional estimates are based on using almond milk.
If you can't find siggi's Pumpkin & Spice, I recommend using vanilla for a slightly more traditional tasting nog.
This recipe is easily halved to serve one or multiplied to serve many. siggi's vanilla comes in larger containers.
