Greek Yogurt + Avocado Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 c vegetable broth (can use milk instead)
  • ¼ c Greek yogurt (I used nonfat)
  • 2 small cloves garlic or 1 larger clove
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 - 3 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1½ tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ - ½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocado into pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add additional seasonings, to taste.
Notes
If raw garlic is too assertive for your tastes, swap it out for 2 tsp garlic powder.
