Greek Yogurt + Avocado Ranch Dressing

Serves: 2 c
- 1 avocado
- 1 c vegetable broth (can use milk instead)
- ¼ c Greek yogurt (I used nonfat)
- 2 small cloves garlic or 1 larger clove
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 - 3 tbsp fresh dill
- 1½ tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ - ½ tsp ground black pepper
- Cut the avocado into pieces.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add additional seasonings, to taste.
If raw garlic is too assertive for your tastes, swap it out for 2 tsp garlic powder.
