Creamy Asiago and Spinach Dip

Serves: 2 c
- 1 c shredded asiago cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, very finely minced
- ⅓ c mayo (I used an egg free mayo, any will work)
- ⅔ c sour cream or ⅓ c sour cream + ⅓ c Greek yogurt (I used fat free)
- 1 large handful spinach, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Squeeze of lemon juice (less than 1 tsp)
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Serve with veggie sticks or crackers. Can be served immediately or made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
