Chocolate Banana Milk

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana (preferably extra brown; peel before you freeze it!)
  • 1½ c almond milk, or your preferred milk
  • 2 tbsp chocolate hazelnut butter (or other chocolate nut butter, or 2 tbsp nut butter of choice with ½ - 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder)
Instructions
  1. Throw all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until totally smooth. As written, this is very lightly chocolatey. If you'd like more chocolate flavor, sprinkle in some cocoa powder.
Notes
If you sub in another nut butter, the nutritional estimate will change slightly. With 2 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tsp cocoa powder, there's the same number of calories with 11 g fat, 19 g carb, 4 g fiber, and 6 g protein
