Smokehouse Almonds (or Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds for a kick!)
Cream cheese (regular, low fat, or vegan)
Flatbread crackers, mini bagels, or GF base
Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, capers, red onion
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Break the crackers into snack size, if necessary, or toast your mini bagels.
Spread with cream cheese and top with almonds (chopped if desired) and your favorite toppings (I liked mine with a half slice of tomato and a little lettuce). Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Serving tip: Top with cream cheese and chopped almonds and leave a variety of toppings out so your guests can build their perfect bite. I liked switching it up between Smokehouse and Wasabi & Soy almonds so I'd get a nice kick!
