Dill Dip

Ingredients
  • ⅔ c fat free Greek yogurt
  • ⅔ c fat free sour cream
  • ⅔ c low fat/fat free mayo (I used Nayonaise light)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt (to taste, may need additional salt)
  • 2 tsp dried onion
  • 2 tsp dried parsley (can use fresh)
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
Instructions
  1. Stir everything up in a bowl. For best results, refrigerate for 30+ minutes or even overnight.
  2. Serve with veggies, pretzels, or chips.
Notes
For a gluten free dip, make sure your seasoned salt and Cajun seasoning are gluten free.
The Cajun seasoning will NOT make the dip spicy. Just adds a nice well rounded flavor.
