P.F. Chang’s New Winter Menu #sponsored

February 28, 2014

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of P.F. Chang’s. All opinions are 100% mine.

I’ve previously shared some love for P.F. Chang’s.  They have a new Winter Seasonal Menu, featuring tasty sounding items like an orange ginger beet salad with crumbled goat cheese, candied nuts, and daikon sprouts.  I don’t blog about beets often (at all? I can only think of one beet post I’ve had, other than using pickled beets) — but I seriously love them!  I love them even more when someone else is going to peel and cook them, because I stain my hands and counter like crazy when using them.

There’s also a Shanghai Waldorf Salad with kale, green apple, tomatoes and endive in a miso-lime vinaigrette.  I love when you can go out to eat and still get a healthy dose of veggies and even fruit!  That’s my #1 major complaint about dining out — even as a vegetarian, the meals I see at restaurants rarely contain the amount of veggies I want to pack into a meal. Also:  Chocolate raspberry wontons, `nough said.

If I’m already out getting dinner (and a veggie-filled one at that!), I might as well get a drink too, right?  How about toasting with Grey Goose Vodka mixed with POM Wonderful pomegranate juice, Thai basil leaves, fresh ginger, and lime juice (pictured below) called a Red Goose Martini. The Crimson Spritzer also sounds devine with gin and cherry liqueur, with cherries, fresh lime juice, and muddled kaffir lime leaves, topped with brut — love a bit of fizz in my cocktails!

Check out the Winter Seasonal Menu to see even more new dishes at P.F. Chang’s (including some meaty dishes, my vegetarian self didn’t mention on here).  I’m looking forward to those beets and a nice Red  Goose Martini.  Follow @pfchangs on Twitter or Follow P.F. Ugh yeah, plus, their drinks are SUPER strong! Right after I turned 21 I got a birthday drink there and was drunk through the entire performance of “Chicago” at MSU. lol

I love how veg-friendly P.F. Chang’s is and I LOVE that they mark their vegetarian options on the menu!
